Near the villages of Flagey-Echezeaux and Vosne-Romanée, east and west-facing, clay-limestone soil. 100% de-stemmed, mostly pump-overs with a few punch-downs, aged for 12+ months in used barrels (40%) and in stainless steel (60%), racked once before bottling.
