Champagne Maurice Choppin

A small grower-producer in Damery, on the right bank of the Marne, working old massal-selection vines of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Every cuvée is fermented in oak with indigenous yeasts and finished extra-brut, without filtration or fining.

Domaine Jean Tardy

A six-hectare family domaine in Vosne-Romanée, worked by father and son. Ten red wines from old Pinot Noir vines — some planted in 1929 and 1937 — across nine climats from Fixin to Comblanchien, including Echézeaux Grand Cru Les Treux. Sustainable farming, fully de-stemmed fruit, gentle extraction, and long ageing in barrel.
